Eieren-pellen

Grote kans dat jij komende week een keer eieren staat te pellen. Koken, laten schrikken en stukje voor stukje pellen? Dat kan véél sneller!

Blazen maar

Op zondagochtend bij het ontbijt hoor je Lars (13) een onsmakelijk geluid maken. Een seconde later heeft hij een gepeld ei in zijn handen. Briljant! Ik zou het niet aanraden als je voor anderen eieren pelt. Niet zo fris! Oh, en let op, deze truc werkt alleen bij hardgekookte eieren.

 

Rock and roll!

Mijn favoriet methode, zeker als ik veel eieren moet pellen. Eén keer tikken, rollen en de schaal valt er bijna vanzelf af.

Ei in een glas water

Pak een glas water, doe er een ei in en sluit af met je hand. Even flink schudden (handig als je dat in de gootsteen doet) en en de schaal laat gemakkelijk in zijn geheel los.

 

Het gaat ook wel eens mis..

 

 

 

Sanne

Sanne is een kookwonder pur sang. Geen recept is veilig voor haar, want ziet het er lekker uit dan maakt ze het zo snel mogelijk. Haar man en kinderen hebben vaak liever gewone spaghetti of zelfs de lasagne van de Aldi, maar dat maakt Sanne niks uit. Voor zichzelf tovert ze de lekkerste maaltijden op tafel en in haar lunchtrommel.
