Haal deze ingrediënten dan in huis:

  • 250 gram gesneden (kastanje)champignons
  • grote gesnipperde rode ui
  • 40 gram (gras)boter
  • 25 gram bloem
  • 2 dl hete groentebouillon
  • 1 bakje crème fraîche
  • handvol gesneden peterselie

De saus maak je in 10 minuten

Snijd eerst alles fijn en weeg de boter en bloem alvast af. Staan ook de bouillon en crème fraîche klaar?
Fruit de rode ui in de boter en voeg, als deze glazig ziet, de gesneden champignons toe. Laat een minuut of 2 op laag vuur pruttelen. Dan kan de bloem er in delen bij. Als de bloem helemaal is opgenomen, schenk je de bouillon erbij. Laat de smaken intrekken. Na een paar minuten schep je de crème fraîche erdoor en garneer je de saus met de peterselie. Laat je weten of deze saus ook bij jou thuis in de maak valt?
